Post Cycle Therapy
The latter property makes oxandrolone almost mandatory for use during “post cycle therapy” (PCT), when cortisol levels are usually markedly elevated. In addition, it is not bad to regularly include Oxandrolone in the “mass collection” course. Finally, oxandrolone will help you “dry”: firstly, it significantly accelerates lipolysis, especially in the abdomen, and secondly, it helps to remove excess water from the body.
In general, high doses of oxandrolone are completely unnecessary, 20-40 mg per day divided into 2-3 doses is sufficient. The optimal dose for women is 10-20 mg per day.
Due to the properties of oxandrolone, it is not recommended to take it for more than 10-12 days in a row (maximum two weeks), after which a break of the same length is required.
Combination with other AAS
As already mentioned, oxandrolone can be used during the period of building muscle mass and during the “drying” period and in the break between “cycles” of hormonal drugs. To solve the first of these tasks, oxandrolone should be combined with testosterone – this is an ideal combination that will bring “dividends” to both beginners and experienced athletes.
When drying, the combination of Oxandrolone with Boldenone, Oralturinabol, Drostanolone, Methenolone (Primobolan) can be considered optimal. Finally, PCT can be used alone or in combination with methenolone.
